Way better than Red Hots...

It's not as cool as hearing that the Smashing Pumpkins are practicing for a reunion but I just heard that the Lemondheads are getting back together and are releasing an album on Vagrant this Fall. This should come as great news to Charlie and Dova.

Today's catch - the ones that didn't get away

Almost 4 pounds of good eatin'

All the kids caught fish today. Caden was a good boy and kicked back in the stroller shouting moral support. Celeste caught the biggest fish. Luke caught the most (2) and Charlie reeled one in with Phi'ls fly rod. It was drizzling a little but we had a good spot under a tree. Almost 4 pounds of fish for $16. Chef Phil is going to cook them up for dinner.

Happy belated engagements

Congrats to Cathleen and Brian for their recent engagement. We're SO happy for you guys!! I think Chris is a little too excited. So March 3rd? Can't wait but don't expect me to do the tinikling. The unofficial engagement photo...

Also a big congrats to Carla and Phil. Stay strong and keep racking up those frequent flier miles. Here's a shot of Carla's rock.

Here's a great video of some college students performing a live version of the Nintendo classic Super Mario Bros.

Well Christine and Jen flew to NY today for some fun with her sister. Have some Magnolia cupcakes for me. Baker's Dozen!!!

Meanwhile, me and the kids are going to PAAAHHHHTAAAYY!!

The Accord is detailed and ready for trade in. Family-truckster here we come!!

Next week I hope to pick a couple of the Mad*L artist series figures. The Tado and the Chris Lee are the freshest. Only 400 of each made.

However, I've now realized I must have everything designed by Jaime Hayon. I just picked up a couple of his 2" Qee's this week and I'm hooked.

Currently listening to: Joy Zipper - 33x from the album American Whip
